Restaurant Review

This BYOB restaurant has a trendy, upscale casual New York/SOHO atmosphere that serves fusion Asian, Caribbean, Spanish cuisine.

The food is presented beautifully, with exotic sauces like "Rio Grande citrus beurre blanc" and "apricot-orange-ginger reduction."

While the food is imaganitive and still considered to be above average, they have yet to achieve the potential of their vision of having their cuisine and restaurant make it's mark and distingush itself from many other traditional American restaurants in New Jersey.

What seems to be happening, is that the folks behind the scenes here were really enthusiastic about serving eclectic, Pan Asian fusion cuisine, but somehow did not carry the preparation to it's full potential, falling short on the exotic.

Still, if you enjoy fusion cuisine in a trendy setting, then this restaurant is worth a try.

The service is friendy and attentive.
