The Chand Palace with three locations in Bridgewater, Parsippany and Piscataway, serves up some of the best Indian style vegetarian dishes in New Jersey.
They offer a sumptuous buffet of north Indian, South Indian and Indian-Chinese selections with fusion of regional preparations.
The atmosphere at the Parsippany location is warm and the decor is made up of rose and gold colored walls with tables set with white table linen and pink linen napkins.
This is as close as you can get to authentic Indian cuisine in New Jersey They are particularly adept at turning out well prepared curries.
The food is well prepared with fresh ingredients and with buffet choices that change daily.
For carnivores, there are sufficient items to satisfy their palate.
Their Mysore coffee, pistchio kulfi and falooda Shakes are excellent.
The service is attentive and friendly.
The Chand Palace is open Lunch Monday, Wednesday - Friday 11:30 am - 2:15 pm; Saturday - Sunday 12:00 pm - 2:45 pm. For Dinner Sunday-Monday, Wednesday-Thursday 5:00 pm - 9:45 pm, Friday - Saturday 5:00 pm - 10:15 pm . Closed Tuesday.
They also feature a banquet staff and facilities for hosting weddings and other special functions
