The popular restaurant with many NJ locations meets the expectations of a well run chain serving up slow-cooked BBQ, steaks, and ribs --- it's rustic, has peanuts on the floor, with a western feel, and is noisy and energetic.
This is a great place to come with friends or families for decent food, a good time, at a reasonable price.
While their menu features hand cut, seasoned and aged steaks, the slow-cooked BBQ selections are also excellent and include ribs, pulled pork and bbq chicken with their own blend of seasonings and BBQ sauce.
Their bread serving of fresh baked buns is excellent ---- served warm, soft and tasty.
The service is friendly and attentive.
This is a good choice for families looking for an affordable family dining experience. They are child friendly with a good kids menu.

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide objective restaurant reviews .
The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.
Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick", and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
