Siris Thai - French fusion restaurant is a favorite with diners in the Cherry Hill area who enjoy fresh seafood, meats, poultry, vegetarian dishes, and homemade desserts in an attractive setting. Located in a strip mall on Rt 70, Siri's is a small, cozy restaurant with three dining areas done up with Far Eastern decor. The decor is is very attractive, cozy and is a great place for a romantic dining experience. The walls are an attractive mix of reds, browns, blues and golds, with dark wood trim and a variety of Oriental art works. All of this is complemented by white tablecloths, fresh flowers and soft candlelight. The restaurant is co-owned by Sam Sittikul and his wife Vallpa. Sam Sittikui is the executive chef, who has extensive experience in French-Thai fusion cooking having honed his cooking skills at at some notable restaurants in New York City including; at The Copper Hatch, the Camelback and Central, and under French Chef George Misraff at the Tavern on the Green. Chef Sittikui excels at using fresh exotic seafood preparations. The Walu, a Hawaiian butter fish is especially tasty. Most of their desserts are homemade on the premises. The service is attentive and professional. They are open on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Siris is not recommended for kids.
