Restaurant Review

The Mojave Grille, the sister restaurant of Theresa's, is a popular Westfield restaurant with a Southwestern atmosphere with an attractive decor and creative, well prepared Southwestern dishes.

The interior is attractive with sand-colored walls adorned with paintings and desert murals and cattle horns that leaves no doubt that you are in for a Southwestern dining experience.

The kitchen is run by Chef Gregory Faruggio who is adept at creating classic southwestern dishes with a touch of spice. As a side note, many diners have come here expecting a Mexican menu.... It's not Mexican, the food at The Mojave Grille is more eclectic with dishes that are often found in southwest USA.

During the warmer months there is outdoor seating

The service is friendly and attentive.

How Do We Review (analyze) Restaurants?

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide objective restaurant reviews .

The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.

Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick",  and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
