| This popular Cape May Italian restaurant offers fine dining with creative, well prepared dishes. Open May to October, it's a BYOB with three Victorian style dining areas; You can eat on the porch, upstairs, or in the main dining room. Though, not the best place for a cozy, intimate dinner as the tables are small and close together, and the atmosphere tends to be lively. For starters, you will be served delicious garlic bread with a plate of olive oil. They have a good choice of appetizers that change with the daily specials. Popular dishes include; fritto misto, Venetian style, in a crispy batter or try Tuscan crostini - grilled bread with smoked meats or veggies. Popular entrees include; Lobster fra diavolo, Scallops over crab sauce, veal roast, Mediterranean sea bass, and osso bucco. Daily specials usually include dishes with fresh made pasta, and at times, some exotic meats like venison and antelope. Save room for dessert, their tiramisu is excellent! The service is attentive and friendly. Its child friendly with parking nearby at a strip mall. |
