Restaurant Review

Fresco's Restaurant is a popular Cape May Italian restaurant offering fine dining under the direction of chef Chef Joseph Badger who serves up a menu of creative, well prepared dishes from different regions of Italy and locally caught seafood.

it's a BYOB with three Victorian style dining areas; You can eat on the porch, upstairs, or in the main dining room.

Though, not the best place for a cozy, intimate dinner as the tables are small and close together --- making the immediate environment noisy and quiet conversation difficult.

For starters, you will be served delicious garlic bread with a plate of olive oil. (note: a fee may be charged for the bread serving)

They have a good choice of appetizers that change with the daily specials.

The service is attentive and friendly.

Fresco's Restaurant is child friendly

Reservations during weekends and the busy summer season are a must.

Free Parking is available at the Bank Street Commons Parking Lot, located one block West on Bank Street.

Fresco's Restaurant is closed during the winter season from November to the 1st weekend in May. During the season, they are open daily for dinner from 5pm.

How Do We Review (analyze) Restaurants?

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide objective restaurant reviews .

The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.

Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick",  and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
