Maison Bleue, co-located in the Hugh Bed and Breakfast, relocated, and opened in its new location in early 2024.

The Maison Bleue is co-owned by partners John and Sandy Vizzone, who also run the Hugh Bed and Breakfast in the same building. The kitchen is run by Executive Chef/Partner Anthony Depasquale.

Chef Depasquale’s menu features French culinary traditions prepared with simplicity and with the use of quality ingredients.

The menu options are prix-fixe ordered before 5:45 pm, and a la carte after.

The ambiance and decor is a near likeness of a French bistro.

The dining area is made up of two small rooms. The main room with dark walls adorned with large paintings, and the sunroom with a brighter setting with light colored walls and lots of windows. Each of the rooms feature wood flooring, hanging chandeliers, tables set with white linen, white China, dark blue water glasses, and clear wine glasses, surrounded by dark French bistro rattan armchairs.

Other than the chairs set low, and uncomfortable for some, the ambiance is cozy, and inviting with a touch of romance.

Not recommended for kids.

Maison Bleue is open year-round with seasonal hours.

Street parking is limited with additional parking available at a nearby lot on Bank Street (5 minutes walk).

Menu prices are 4% discounted for cash payment.
