Restaurant Review

Opened in the summer of 2020, Vintage BYOB, nestled on the beautiful gardens of the historic Emlen Physick Estate, is a high-end restaurant with an attractive intimate, outdoor dining area, serving a well-executed, inspiring menu. While Vintage is entirely outdoors, it’s equipped with a weatherproof, climate-controlled tent where you can comfortably enjoy your meal in all seasons.

Owned by the Kara Restaurant Group, known for operating restaurants with inspiring, well executed menus. Their other Cape May restaurants include George's Place, YB (The Younger Brother), Scola BYOB, and Shamone BYOB.

A Principal of the Kara restaurant Group, Nikos Goutzouris is also the Executive Chef running the kitchen that serves a creative, well-executed brunch and dinner menu, using locally sourced ingredients

For dinner, the menu is geared towards a diverse crowd that includes an assortment of steak, meats, poultry, seafood, and pasta dishes.

Most menu items are gluten-free or can be modified to accommodate guests.

The intimate dining ambiance is set up under a climate-controlled tent with string lights, surrounded by a lovely garden. The seating features candle lit tables covered with dark linen tablecloths, linen napkins, and chinaware.

The service is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. though during busy periods, it can be spotty with timing between course intervals.

Vintage BYOB is pet-friendly and welcomes you to bring your pup along for your meal.

They have ample, free parking.

Vintage BYOB has seasonal hours, open 6 days/week for dinner from Tuesday - Sunday from 5:30 - 9pm, and Brunch on Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 10am – 3pm, during the peak summer months.
