Great outdoor boardwalk patio dining with a scenic view of the beach and ocean.

Not Recommended For: High end diners who enjoy gourmet food with many amenities.
Recommended dishes: When available, The Lobster Crab Cake with Lobster and Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, Pan Seared with a Zesty Lobster Cognac Sauce, served over Rice with Vegetable of the Day; The Baby Back Ribs, Slow Roasted Pork Ribs their special BBQ Sauce and served with Coleslaw and Fries; and The Chicken Parmigiana topped with Marinara and Provolone Cheese, served with Pasta.
Liquor: No Alcohol - No BYOB permitted.

Clancys by the Sea , located on the Ocean City Boardwalk is a popular family restaurant for diners who come to enjoy casual family dining at a reasonable price with great ocean and beach views.
Don't expect, gourmet dining. The quality of the food is mediocre, casual food.
However, the decor is more like high end New Jersey diner 80's style though well above the decor of many other on the boardwalk restaurants. If it's not to hot outside, eat outside on the boardwalk patio with a scenic view of the beach and ocean. It's also great for people watching.
The service is typical summer seasonal, friendly but with limited training and attentiveness.
Clancys by the Sea is seasonal and is open from May through mid October, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner
They offer a special Early Bird menu, Monday thru Friday 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm. from July 1st through Labor Day.
