Verona Ristorante is a family owned BYOB under direction of Endrit Bodi, General manager Ivan Pavcovich, and Chef Artur Haxhiu. This trio of culinary talents are close friends, and all have formerly worked at Kitchen Consigliere in Collingswood.
The restaurant seats 120 and offers both a front-of-house chef's table and an upstairs dining room used for overflow dining, private parties, and business events.
The ambiance is classic Italian --- cozy, romantic with soft lighting, tables set with linen, comfortable chairs, hardwood flooring, draped windows, and walls adorned with pictures of Italy. A good dining spot for an affordable romantic occasion.
The Kitchen is run by Chef Artur Haxhiu who received his formal culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu in Athens, Greece. He later honed his culinary skills in Italy and other kitchens in Europe. Prior to coming to Verona Ristorante, worked in Kitchen Consigliere in Collingswood.
