Located just a few blocks from the beach, Seed to Sprout is a vegan cafe popular with people who come to enjoy a well prepared, creative, plant based organic menu in a cozy, friendly setting.
The interior is done up with hanging plants, ceiling fans, and balck/white checkered flooring.
The ordering process begins with placing your order from the the menu hanging from the ceiling.
The dishes are creatively prepared and executed using 100% vegan, organic, preservative free ingredients, sourced locally (when available). Gluten freedishes are available
The service is very friendly and helpful, though they can get really very busy during the summer time.
On weekends, they include brunch specials. They also offer a take out 5-Day Raw Food Cleanse to detox your body, while providing it with whole, organic foods.
During the warmer months they have set up several tables for outdoor, sidewalk dining
They are open 7 days a week from 9am until 3pm for breakfast with Brunch on weekends, and from 5pm - 9pm for dinner on Thursday night, and Friday Night Pizza.
They also have a location in Fair Haven at 560A River Road.
