Located along the canal near the Delaware river, the main entrance is through an alley, named "The Pork yard" off Coryell St.
The interior decor, with three dining areas, has an upscale, rustic blending of soft earth tones, brown, gold, copper, rose and wood tones, tiled floors, and art works adorning the walls. One of the dining areas has an open charcoal grill where diners can opt to sit at the bar in front of the open grill.
Hamilton's Grill Room is a one of the top restaurants in Lambertville to celebrate a romantic occasion.
In warmer months, you can dine outside under a lit courtyard covered by an attractive white canopy.

Th kitchen is run by Executive Chef Mark MIller who developed his culinary skills by working his way up from dishwasher to chef. His most notable credential includes a stint with the James Beard Foundation.
The restaurant is BYOB. If you desire a pre-dinner cocktail, stop in at the Boat House across the alley from the Hamilton's Grill Room. They also have bottled wine available for takeout.
The service is attentive, although during busy times it can be less attentive.
Not recommended for kids.
Hamilton's Grill Room is open six day a week. Dinner is served Tuesday through Thursday 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Friday & Saturday: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, & Sunday: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Lunch served on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am-2:30pm.
