Restaurant Review

Frankie Fed's is a BYOB restaurant run by one of the sons of the Federici restaurant family in Freehold, long known for their thin crusted pizza, and for their Southern Italian dining fare.

While the pizza is very similar to the other Federici family restaurants --- excellent--- the reason diners come here is for the convenience; they have a flexible approach to servicing diners, including the acceptance of credit cards, and BYOB.

However, except for the excellent pizza, the salads and entree items are very similar in quality to the many other mediocre, Freehold area,  red sauce, traditional southern Italian restaurants.

The service at Frankie Fed's is friendly and attentive.

The decor is spartan, traditional old world, casual styling.

It's child friendly, and has on-site parking.

During the warmer months, there is outside dining on the enclosed porch.
