Restaurant Review

Aunt Butchie's of Brooklyn opened in early 2018, and as they are still wotking out the kinks, comments below are to be considered preliminary.

Aunt Butchie's of Brooklyn is family owned and operated and is the sister restaurant to two other restaurants located in Brooklyn and Staten Island, where many diners have favorably raved about their food and desserts.

This new location is the former home of "That's Amore Italian Grille"  and the new owners have since renovated the space to take on a fresh rustic look with contemporary touches.

The menu is traditional Italian with some contemporary items, artfully presented. Desserts are home made with a huge selection of traditional favorites.

Aunt Butchie's of Brooklyn has on-site parking.

How Do We Review (analyze) Restaurants?

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide analytic restaurant reviews .

The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.

Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick",  and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
