The Pier House restaurant, located on the grounds of the La Mer Hotel, at the quieter north end of Cape may, offers ocean view dining for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The ambiance, decor and quality of the seafood dishes are upscale Jersey Shore --- a notch above the many Jersey Shore restaurants with huge menus and a large selection of mediocre fried seafood dishes.
In the warmer months, they offer open air terrace dining overlooking nothing but the ocean and the beach. Indulge yourself in a sophisticated, yet comfortable setting
They are also one of the best breakfast restaurants in Cape May,
Parking is plentiful and the service is attentive and friendly. Child friendly.

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide analytic restaurant reviews .
The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.
Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick", and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
