Restaurant Review

Albivi Brick Oven restaurant is a popular dining spot for locals who come to enjoy tasty, traditional  Southern  Italian food at a reasonable price.

Set in an attractive stand alone building in rural Millstone, the ambiance is "Old World" along with food  preparation and service.

The restaurant is family owned & operated under the direction of Vinnie Castronovo.

Albivi is a notch above the many other central Jersey moderately priced, family owned, BYOB, Italian restaurants who specialize in the use heavy sauces --- except that Albivi's stands out with their exceptional taste.

They serve a variety of gourmet brick oven pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Some of the pastas, and desserts are homemade.

The interior has two dining areas, with the entrance leading into the take out pizzeria counter and seating with tables and booths. The main dining room is off to right with a more upscale decor. The main dining area is attractively done up  with a large chandelier, dark hardwood flooring, and soft earth tone walls with dark wood trimming. For a quietier, more cozy dining experience, asked to be seated in the main dining room.

During the warmer months, there is outdoor patio dinning. The patio has tables with attached umbrellas, surrounded by a varity of colorful potted plants.

The wait staff, dressed in black, is friendly and attentive, with a good knowledge of the menu.

On site parking is available.

Albivi is open seven days/week for lunch & dinner:
Sunday    - Thursday; 11:00 am - 9:30 pm    ,    Friday &    Saturday: 11:00 am - 10:30 pm

Reservations are not accepted.
