If you like very good Italian food in a cozy, romantic setting at a reasonable price, this place is for you. The owners of the restaurant, husband and wife Pasquale and Mirella, are originally from Italy, and as you enter Pasquale is sure to greet with the charm of an old world Italian gentleman. His wife Mirella will continue to work the floor throughout your dining experience to make you feel as if you are the most important people to come there and to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction. The atmosphere of this BYOB restaurant is cozy with Italian love songs in the background giving it a romantic touch as you dine in a room with walls are done up in soft warm colors reminiscent of the Italian Renaissance. It should be noted though, the tables are closely spaced. They serve up tasty meat, chicken, veal, beef, and seafood dishes, as well as brick oven pizza. Their thin crusted pizza is outstanding. The mozzarella is flown in from Italy. For starters try the hot antipasto for two with clams oreganata, mussels marinara, eggplant rollatine, grilled shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, a rice ball, with potato croquette. For dinner entrees, try the Herb-Crusted rack of lamb over broccoli rabe; or the Grouper simmered in a light tomato sauce with jumbo shrimp, clams and mussels; or the Osso Buco. Save room for desserts, they are made at the family owned pastry shop next door. The coffee, espresso and cappuccino are complimentary. Don't miss the the espresso with Nutella, it's awesome.
