I would like to perform music on the boardwalk at seaside heights. Do I need a permit if so where do I get it and how much does it cost?

Hi;

Yes a permit is required to perform on the Seaside Heights Boardwalk.

Permits are issued annually on a first come, first served basis and can be obtained from the Borough Clerk. Contacted at 732-793-9100 or
[email protected]

You will need a valid form of identification and payment of a permit fee. Permits are valid only during the year in which they are issued, and the number of permits issued during any given year shall not exceed 25.
