Restaurant Review

Morton's The Steakhouse located in Caesar's Casino & Hotel, is one of the best Steakhouses in AC. Popular with with high end diners who come to enjoy a fine dining with all it's amenities, ambiance, and of course, USDA prime-aged beef.

Morton's The Steakhouse is well known for using USDA Prime-Aged Beef: The Top 2% of Beef Available in the U.S

Note: USDA Prime is the superior grade with exceptional tenderness, juiciness, flavor and fine texture. It has the highest degree of fat marbling and is derived from younger beef. That's why Prime is generally featured at the most exclusive upscale steakhouse restaurants.
USDA Choice is the second highest graded beef. It has less fat marbling than Prime. Generally USDA Choice will be less tender, juicy and flavorful with a slightly more coarse texture than Prime

Sides are à la carte, and large enough to share.

Save room for desserts, Morton's The Steakhouse is known for their suberb key lime pie, chocolate cakes and sundaes.

The decor is " steakhouse" with rich and modern touches. The decor features some dark wood trimming (though less than other high end steakhouses), walls adorned with a large modern mural and a lit wiine rack, chandeliers enhanced by dim lighting, carpeted flooring, booths and tables set with white table linens, and fine china

Service is professional, attentive, and anticipatory.

Morton's The Steakhouse, is open:
Dining Room; Monday - Saturday 5pm - 11pm, & Sunday 5pm - 10pm
Bar; Monday - Saturday 4:45pm - 11pm, & Sunday 4:45pm - 10pm
