Busking in Ocean Grove

Busking permits for the Asbury Park Boardwalk are $50 and prohibit amplified instruments. I was wondering what the price/conditions for a busking permit on the Ocean Grove Boardwalk are, and where/how I can obtain one.

Ocean Grove is very restricted regarding what is permitted on the Beach. They especially value the the calm and lack of commercialism that other beaches may permit.
