Beach Haven: 10x10 canopy tent permitted?

Heading to Beach Haven, NJ and wanted to know if our 10x10
Instant canopy tent is allowed. It's by Ozark trail

Answer:
Canopy tents (10 x10) are not permitted on Beach Haven Beaches.
However, under certain circumstances, depending on weather, crowds, and other conditions, Life Guards may allow them. Please check with the life guard in the area before erecting a tent.
