Popular with the locals, Panico's Bistro is a BYOB high end pizza restaurant located minutes from downtown Cape May in West Cape May.
It's housed in an old restored church and features well prepared brick oven pizza and a menu of many Italian dishes --- many with a Greek influence.
During the vacation season it has become popular with families with kids and people looking for some of the best pizza in Cape May with a menu of other Italian dishes served in generous portions
The interior is bright, spacious, with the large wood burning brick pizza oven in the center, and high ceilings, huge windows, ceiling fans, and hardwood floors.
The atmosphere is bistro style with table cloths, cloth napkins, and background music which can be barely heard over the diners chatter on a busy weekend night.
After the server takes your order, a wood plank of complementary delicious homemade garlic bread with dipping oil is presented.
Panico's Bistro's pizza is brick oven style, with thin crusts --- but not cracker, charred crispy --- yet able to hold the weight of the toppings without flopping over. They offer a large variety of toppings to choose from.
In addition to the pizza, Panico's Bistro has a large selection of Italian entrees to choose from. The menu includes pasta dishes, chicken, shrimp, seafood, and steak entrees to choose from.
Plenty of on-site parking to make the journey stress free.
Panico's does not accept reservations. However, they do have a preferred seating list that guarantees a table ahead of any walk-ins and the wait time will be determined when you arrive.
Panico's is open year-round with seasonal hours. During the summer they are open seven days a week for dinner beginning @ 5pm

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide analytic restaurant reviews .
The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.
Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick", and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
