Recommended dishes: When available, The Sesame Crusted Tuna with shaved fennel, cucumber, radish and red onions, served with a honey soy dressing; The Bowtie Pasta tossed with chicken, sausage, broccoli rabe, and plum tomatoes; and their Margherita Pizza.

Gaetano's Restaurant, located on a side street off Red Bank's Broad Street, is an energetic, trattoria style Italian restaurant serving up outstanding dishes that are creatively prepared using fresh, local, farm to table ingredients.
Under new ownership since September, 2016, Louis Andrianos plans to build on the success Gaetano's has achieved in the past, yet will introduce changes to create a restaurant that is in step with today's younger diners.
The changes will include making the ambiance more contemporary by doing away with some of the "Old World" style touches such as the old tablecloths, Sinatra back ground music, and the introduction of lighter fare.
The lighter fare dishes will include the addition of fresh, local farm-to-table ingredients that have appeal with millennials.
Gaetano's restaurant is noted for their homemade pasta and baked breads made daily on the premises.
In the mood for real Italian style pizza? Gaetano's brick oven pizza is exceptional and one of the best in Central New Jersey. It's prepared with thin, fresh made crust with bread-like tastiness, San Marzano tomatoes, and plenty of creamy, tasty, fresh mozzarella brought in from Brooklyn.
Save room for desserts they are homemade with fresh ingredients.
The restaurant has an open-air kitchen with a brick oven, and a cafe atmosphere that gives you the feeling of dining in Italy.
During the warmers months you can dine outside on the front sidewalk.
Gaetano's restaurant is open seven days/week. Monday - Thursday 11am-9pm; Friday & Saturday 11am-10pm & Sunday 1pm - 9pm. During the weekdays they serve a brunch menu.
