Verdict kicks off Independence Day at North Branch Park, turning the park into a tropical vacation paradise with their rich blend of classic reggae, calypso, soca, and funk island music. Then Smooth grabs the stage with their re-creation of the Motown sounds of the Temptations, Four Tops, and Smokey Robinson. With a great brass section and smooth-as-silk voices, Smooth will keep the party rocking! Other highlights of the day include children's entertainers and activities, including horse rides, moonwalk, giant slide, magic show, sing a longs, cartoon characters and Revolutionary period groups. KaBoom! Fireworks on the Navesink takes place along the banks of the Navesink River the evening of July 3, 2008 (with a rain date of July 4th). More than a dozen food vendors set-up to provide food and drink to the over 50,000 people who pour into downtown Red Bank for the event. A large stage is set up at each park and live entertainment is provided from 4:00 PM up until the fireworks show at dusk and then again for another 45 minutes after the display. At around 9:15 PM the skies fill with one of the most sophisticated fireworks displays in the country. Launched from two barge locations, Garden State Fireworks of Millington, New Jersey shoots over 10,000 shells, all choreographed to an eclectic mix of popular and patriotic songs. |

Both Casino's will join forces on the bay for a Grucci fireworks display that promises to be the best fireworks display ever held in Atlantic City.
Harrah's and Borgata's public areas is the place to view the fireworks and will be open at 7:30 p.m., followed by the display at 9 p.m. |
