Restaurant Review

The Brasilia Grill is your typical Iron bound Brazilian restaurant serving huge portions of Brazilian Gaucho BBQ food at a reasonable price.

The interior is huge with a large salad bar in the center of the dining giving it the feeling of a cafeteria. Dining is available in the main dining room ( fixed price) and in the bar area with high table tops, where lower priced ala carte items are available

The food is well prepared; People come here for their good selection of BBQ meat dishes served in huge portions at a reasonable price.

The style of food preparation is traditional gaucho BBQ from Rio Grande do Su region in southern Brazil. (Gauchos are native cowboys of the South American pampas, usually of mixed Spanish and Indian ancestry.)

Traditional Gaucho BBQ cooking uses embers of charcoal to roast their meats on long skewers.

Vegetarians beware, this place is for the meat lover.

The menu items are available in both traditional Rodizio style (fixed price, all you can eat), ala carte entrees, and buffet style dining

The place is also popular for wedding receptions, birthday parties, and baby showers.

There is a fully stocked sports bar with a good selection of cocktails and South American wines.

The service is friendly, though often times slow.

There is free valet parking in their private lot.
