Focacceria Ristorante is a small high end restaurant, popular with locals who come to enjoy well prepared homemade Italian food and cozy, outside dining in the warmer months.
The food is well prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients The pastas, bread and deserts are made from scratch every morning.
Located in an historic circa 1800's Colonial home, while the restaurant has been renovated, many of the original features have been maintained including the old fashioned hand crank doorbell.
The four dining areas are spread on two floors, done up with soft earth walls, wooden floors, and tables set with white linen. The walls have pictures of life in the 1800's.
Owned by two brothers, Cheech and Nick are also outstanding hosts --- very welcoming and can be often seen walking the dining area to greet patrons
When the weather is warm, there is outside dining in the attractive patio.. Be forewarned, there is high demand for outside dining, reserve early.
While they do not have a kids menu, they are family friendly and are eager to prepare a special child's dish.
