Restaurant Review
Dining at the Avon Pavilion is a great way to experience the Jersey Shore. It's open air outdoor dining on the boardwalk with a view of the beach and ocean, and a nice vantage point for people watching.
A very casual, board walk breakfast/lunch restaurant by day, and a more formal dining experience for dinner.
Executive Chef Ken Samuels, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America is adept at creating a well prepared menu using fresh local seafood, prime-aged steaks and locally sourced produce. They use 100% non-hydrogenated vegetable oil and offer a variety of low sodium, low cholesterol, and low carb entrées.
If you are planning to go for dinner and looking for good outdoor seating, suggest you get there right after opening at 5:30 pm otherwise you can expect a long wait. They do not take reservations.
The service is attentive and friendly.
They are family friendly and offer a kids menu.
