Restaurant Review

16 Prospect Wine Bar & Bistro is an upscale spot,  popular with 40+ diners who come to enjoy meeting up with friends for drinks and food in an eclectic, vibrant atmosphere.

Owned and operated by brothers Timothy and Christopher Boyle who have created a warm and friendly atmosphere. Timothy received his formal culinary training at the Le Cordon Bleu Ecole du Cuisine, in Paris, France.

Christopher received his formal culinary training at the Culinary Institute of America. He later honed his culinary skills in Strousborg, Germany, and at the Ryland Inn, in Whitehouse Station, NJ.

16 Prospect Wine Bar & Bistro is eclectic, artsy, with an "Old Time" friendly pub ambiance. The decor features home brewed liquors in barrels on display, brick walls, dark wood, carved arches, dimly lit light strings, and a fireplace. There is stage for live music five nights a week, with many top regional artists performing. Guests have a choice of seating either at the bar, lounge, or the main 72 seat dining area

Their traditional American menu is creatively prepared using fresh ingredients; it offers a variety entrees, smal plate sharing items, and comfort food. Many of the dishes are prepared in-house such as their bread, fruit juices, cocktail mixes, and bar snacks.

During the warmer months there is outdoor seating.
