The Dining Room at the Hilton Short Hills is temporarily closed for renovations. However, it is still available for private functions. The Dining Room restaurant is one of the few 4 star restaurants in New Jersey. This is world class dining with creative Contemporary American cuisine, beautiful decor, an exceptional wine list, and impeccable service ----- all contributiing to making this an award winning restaurant. The hospitality is friendly and professional, from the maitre d' to the waiters, all of whom are well schooled. This is a dining experience, from the beautiful appearance and preparation of high quality food, all served in a setting of dark paneled walls, fine art, and orchids on every table. |
