New Jersey Festivals have been a part of the ethnic neighborhood fabric for years. For many years they were known as feasts and were initially associated with religion. They were a way of meeting social needs in communities and providing entertainment at the same time. They also provided knowledge and stories to future generations of that particular culture. |
