Farm House or Mansion For Picnic and Event Planner

I'm looking for a farm house for one day to host a picnic for my company employees and their families, about 100 people.

Can you suggest any Farms on renting NJ?
Please also suggest event planners.

Weekend Luau at a Mansion

I am looking for a home, mansion, estate, etc., to rent for a weekend in August 2012. I would like to have a Luau theme based birthday party for an adult. The premises would need to have a pool. fmason@njtransit.com

This sounds like an exciting and out of the ordinary birthday party you are planing for some lucky person.

As you know, pulling this off is going to take a great deal of planning and coordination with one or more vendors.

As a first step I would suggest contacting a party or event planner that specializes in arranging special events with an unusual theme at an out of the ordinary venue. They are known to have arrangements with little known venues that may be able to accommodate your needs.

Depending on what you find from these discussions, they may know of places that can be rented for the weekend or you may have to take the additional step of contacting real estate agents that specialize in rentals of New Jersey mansions and estates.
