In The Wildwood - Cape May Area?
are there any boat rides that allow medium sizes dogs in the Wildwood's or Cape May area? we are a family of five and would love to spend some time on the water. Or do you know of any charter boats that might be willing to allow the dogs? Thanks!

Hi Judy,
The general rule is that dogs are not allowed on the touring boats, though they are allowed on watercraft rentals for no additional fee. However, there are exceptions.

New Jersey has many fun places that are pet friendly, however, many of the places such as beaches have restrictions on pets during the summer months.

Famous for it's sunset flag ceremonies and the concrete ship of Atlantus which since 1926 has been "grounded" at Cape May Point.
Dog owners are advised that they are to clean up after their dog.

A dog friendly park with no picnic tables or play areas with an interest in preserving, educating, protecting, and providing a quality nature experience for wildlife inhabitants. Dogs are welcome here; they must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times. Dogs are allowed throughout the park and on the trails, they are not allowed in the ponds.
