It's heritage is deep rooted in Christian values. Alcohol sales are prohibited and there are no bars or nightclubs. Located 65 miles from Philadelphia, and 125 miles from New York City, it attracts family vacationers from the tri-state area looking for a family destination with lots of wholesome fun, at a modest cost.

Located under a quarter of a mile from the beach. Amenities include, a A flat-screen TV a coffee machine, a stove, the kitchenettes include kitchenware and a microwave. The private bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Guests at the Biscayne Suites are provided with beach tags during their stay.
