McLoone's Asbury Grill, located on the lower level of Tim McLoone’s Supper Club, is an attractive restaurant with a scenic ocean view.
It is the more casual alternative to the Supper Club with both inside and outside dining.
The main reason you come to this restaurant is for the awesome ocean views and the high energy bar scene. During the warmer months, there is outside dining on the boardwalk with gorgeous views of the ocean, the beach and an excellent vantage point for people watching.
The food is decent, reasonably priced, and prepared with fresh ingredients, with a good selection of new American dishes, a raw bar, and many choices of burgers, sandwiches, and salads with an extensive gluten free menu. They also use locally grown produce when available.
The biggest downside is the below par wait staff. It's inconsistent, tends to be slow, especially during the peak season.
If you plan to attend a show at the nearby Paramount Theatre and are running short on time, ask the wait staff for a list of special menu items that could be prepared quickly.
They offer brunch on Sundays from 10 am - 3 pm.

New Jersey Leisure Guide strives to provide objective restaurant reviews .
The methodology used is research, analysis driven --- as opposed to that of a single restaurant critic or a viewer comment posting board.
Data is gathered from our viewers e-mail restaurant comments, Internet research, and professional restaurant critics. The data is sorted, (weeding out the obvious biased, "bone to pick", and out of consensus comments), analyzed, and the review is created.
