This is a fine dining restaurant and the best in the Wildwoods. In the Wildwoods where there are a plethora of mediocre family restaurants, this restaurant stands out as a "diamond in the rough". The ambiance is casually sophisticated, trendy, unstuffy, --- perfect for a vacation fine dining experience. The decor of cherry wood in the cozy bar and the two dining areas is complemented with burgundy carpeting, comfortable chairs, and well-spaced attractive tables. Executive chef Steve Cozzi presides over expertly prepared cuisine and professional, attentive service to create a first rate dining experience for Wildwood vacationers to avoid having to drive across the bridge to Cape May to find. Popular favorites include the shrimp tempura, swordfish, braised halibut, salmon pan-roasted veal chop, Apple wood bacon-wrapped filet mignon, and grilled New Zealand rack of lamb, all prepared with international ingredients and flavor. If your budget can handle it, try the special Filet Mignon topped with Sauteed Jumbo Lump Crab meat. Leave room for dessert, they are extraordinary, especially the Walnut Apple Crisp with Vanilla ice Cream. |
