Restaurant Review

The Black Trumpet located in the Grand Victorian Hotel across from the ocean, is a fine dining restaurant serving an eclectic contemporary menu with a an excellent ocean and beach views on the deck during the warmer months.

Chef/proprietor Mark Mikolajczyk and his long time sous chef and now partner Dave McCleery have teamed up to to offer a top Jersey Shore fine dining experience in a scenic atmosphere of casual elegance.

The decor is set amongst several attractive interior dining rooms and a wrap around interior dining area facing the outdoor porches with views of the ocean and beach.

The menu and specials are creatively prepared and presented with quality ingredients.

If your there on a Sunday evening, try their special Sunday evening menu.

The Black Trumpet has the capacity to perform all catering functions, such as oceanfront weddings, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, and various family functions.

They are open on Thanksgiving from Noon to 6 pm.

The service is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.
