Ocean Port Strawberry Fair

This major family festival is an official State of New Jersey Department of Agricultural event. The fair provides educational displays and programs with rides, games, attractions and delicious food, including the Lions' famous Strawberry Shortcake.
Wildwood International Kite Festival
May 22-25, 2009
On the Beach at Rio Grande Avenue, Wildwood and inside the Wildwoods Convention Center.
America's largest kite festival, featuring world-renowned kite builders and competitors, where you can see some of the biggest kites in the world fly high over the famous Wildwood boardwalk. The festival also has kite making workshops and exhibits, and children's activities. 9 AM to 5 PM. Daily. Fri: 9 PM Illuminated night kite fly. Entrance fee for participants. Free to spectators

This new waterfront Restaurant located on the Boardwalk opened in the late Fall of 2008 and has since enjoyed good success. The restaurant covers two floors with awesome views of Atlantic Ocean and Wesley Lake.The upscale ambiance has a New York City feel to it with attractive bottle chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, quality tile and stone, neutral color tones, and plenty of open glass for excellent ocean views.
