This place was AWFUL!! We had a party of 7. The waitress is the owner and she completely ignored our table all night. It took 30 min to place our orders, 30 mins to get a wine opener, ect. It was a 3 hour dinner which can be very enjoyable, if we hadn't been waiting for our food for 2 and a half hours!!! When the entres were finally out they had forgot to put in one of our meals which took another 25 min! The mashed potatoes and fish were cold, the gnocchi had absolutely no flavor! they were out of half the sodas and desserts. We complained about how bad the service was and it still took the owner 15 min to ask if we wanted dessert or bring the check. When she finally came over she acted as if nothing had happened at all! No free dessert, no bill reduction. Other members of our party had had a few good experiences before, but after the awful service none of us will be returning!
