What's Your Beef is a Jersey Shore Steak house that is popular with locals who are looking for a good cut of beef. 50 percent of the restaurant's patrons are repeat customers. They serve up excellent beef and good quality seafood. Bear in mind that they are located in high income Rumson and the selections tend to be on the pricey side. What's Your Beef steakhouse specializes in seafood and filet mignon and New York strip steaks. Customers place orders for steaks with the chef, who cuts and measures the meat in front of them. Steaks are ordered by the ounce with a 10-ounce minimum and no maximum. The service is very friendly and helpful in taking you through the gimmicky selection process. |
