Vivas, located in a two storefront space in the Belmar Plaza, is noted as being one of the top Latin food restaurants on the Jersey Shore. Will Vivas, chef and co-owner, received his culinary training at the New York Restaurant School and had previously operated Bistro Olé in Asbury Park. The interior is attractively done up with soothing color tones. However, the service is spotty, especially during the peak weekend times.
During the warmer months, Vivas has outdoor dining available. The is plenty of on site parking available. |
