Restaurant Review

Long known as a banquet facility for weddings, corporate events, special events and shows ---- as well as its exceptional Sunday buffet brunches.

This is an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion, or for a cozy, romantic dinner. The setting is elegant and the view from the bar or any dining room is beautiful at any time of year. There is outdoor dining on the lakeside deck during the warmer months.

For Easter and Mothers Day, they offer a special Sunday Brunch Buffet in their picturesque Water view Room. This is good place for a family brunch with kids. They offer a good variety of brunch selections for kids and the price is very reasonable.

They serve up well prepared classic American cuisine featuring prime aged steaks and fresh seafood.

The popular dinner appetizers are: The Steak Scargos, Tender pieces of Angus beef, broiled in garlic herb butter & served with a Oregon smoky bleu fondue; and the Sugar Cane Skewered Shrimp, Chile cilantro rub, char grilled & served with a sour orange dipping sauce.

The popular dinner entrees are: the Signature 10 oz. Kobe Flat Iron Steak, Chili rubbed, grilled & served with potato plantain smash, house molasses steak sauce; the Tamarind & Pumpkin Seed Crusted Wild Salmon, Toasted cumin black bean puree, pan flashed spinach & red chile sauce: and the Mill’s Famous Crab Cakes, with yellow rice cake, grilled asparagus, Yuzu lime mayo.

The service is friendly and responsive.

The Mill is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday at 5:00 PM.
