The attractive restaurant at the Hilton Short Hills Hotel is the place to go for an exceptional Sunday brunch or for special family occasions. The atmosphere is upscale casual and elegant, and the food at the Sunday brunch offers a generous display of innovative brunch selections, carving stations, hot specially prepared eggs, omlets , and pancakes, and a dessert buffet that's hard to resist. The Terrace is the more casual the two Hilton Short Hills' dining rooms, yet it is attractively adorned with chandeliers, a domed ceiling, and French doors that lead onto the terrace, a appealing pace to dine during the warmer months. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serve up well prepared creative Mediterranean - New American dishes with an emphasis on healthy preparations. Popular favorites include; Grilled Rib Eye, Lamb Loin, Lobster Alfredo, Pan Roasted Snapper, and Venison Chops. They are family and child friendly. |
