Restaurant Review |

This Point Pleasant, Italian BYOB, family owned restaurant moved to this new, more spacious location in April, 2007. They offer many fine traditional Italian dishes with an excellent selection of daily specials, especially the home made pasta specials. Their food overall though, is inconsistent, with many of the menu standards having a fall off in quality. The staff is friendly and they are happy to go into details about the specials and many standard offerings. The bread served with your meal is very tasty and crusty. For starters, try the Zuppa Di Clams with Little Neck Clams in a fresh red Seafood Sauce. Stay away from the house salad made with plain iceberg lettuce and a tasteless salad dressing. For entrees, the favorites are the Chicken Oreganata topped with herbs, bread crumbs, mushrooms
and balsamic vinegar; or the Veal Chop Giambotta Broiled with mushrooms, onions, thinly sliced fired potatoes,
and your choice of hot sweet or mixed vinegar peppers. Open daily for dinner only, from 4 PM - 10 PM. All credit cards accepted. |
