Requirements to Have A Sweet Sixteen Party
On The Beach In Avalon?

My birthday is at the end of June and I want to have my sweet 16 on the beach in Avalon. Do I need like a license or something to have it there? And if so, how can I go about getting one?

Avalon, like other Jersey Shores towns, has very restrictive ordinances regarding the use of beaches for a beach Party.
I suggest you contact the Borough of Avalon directly to discuss what you had in mind and to determine if they are able to accommodate your request.
