Liquor: Extensive wine list, specialty cocktails.

Restaurant Review

A popular place for the high rollers who are looking for big time meals in a big time atmosphere. The meal portions, the dining room, and the prices are all equally big time.

The decor is a warm contemporary atmosphere with soft lighting and earth tones. Seating on the upper deck dining area provides a view down on the main dining area and a little more privacy. If you plan to dine with a group of 10-12, book the Chef's table. It's a glass-walled room in the kitchen with curtains you can open or close for privacy.

The quality of their beef dishes are excellent and differs from the other steak house in the Borgata (Bobby's Flay's) in using less seasoning. They also offer an outstanding menu of fresh seafood.

The service is professional and attentive with old school charm.

Difficult to get reservations at peak times, reserve well in advance.
