Restaurant Review

This restaurant offers a celebration of Nuevo Latino flavors and ingredients, located in downtown New Brunswick.

Sit at the Palm Bar in the center of the restaurant and enjoy a Cuban mojito, or dine in the intimate dining room.

The preparation of dishes are well prepared and the presentations are attractive. In their meal preparation they use fresh local ingredients, whenever possible, including produce from their organic garden located on Paul Robeson Place in Princeton. Many of the meat and fowl selections contain organic beef and free range chicken.

Every Wednesday features Rodizio, a Brazilian barbeque of assorted rotisserie style meats served table side.

The recommended dinner entrees are; Polo Rostizado - Oven Braised All Natural Chicken, Baby Vegetables, Roasted Garlic Eggplant Puree, Natural Jus; Fideos con Mariscos Shrimp, Bay Scallops, Mussels, Clams, Romesco Sauce, Capellini Nest; Grassfed Beef Rib eye"Mignon" Celery Root and Cabrales Puree, Haricot Vert with Rioja Reduction; and Shrimp a la Plancha - Pan Seared Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, Steamed Snow Pea Leaves, Sweet Plantain Mash with Lobster Bisque Reduction.

The service is friendly and attentive.

They have live Latin music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
