Pamela Nixon offers Yoga Instruction for Adults and children. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor with an additional certification in children's yoga. She is also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and graduated from the American Academy of Personal Training in NYC in 2008

She offers private sessions for yoga and personal training from the comfort and privacy of your own home in Central and North Jersey. Sessions are tailored to meet the client’s individual needs and one-on-one attention and feedback is provided.

She has always been very interested in fitness, nutrition and even holistic health, but yoga was not up there on the list for her when she first started. She attended her very first yoga class at the age of 18. It was at a local YMCA and I was tagging along with her older sister. While she first thought it was nice and all, there were no sparks flying. It never dawned on her that this is what she has been looking for all her life. She believed it was something to do that felt good and fit nice, but that’s about where it stopped. It took a few classes here and there, but she didn’t go out of her way to fit in into her schedule.

Then it happened.... Her relationship with yoga deepened over the next few years as she bounced around from studio to studio, trying out different teachers and different styles, deepening her knowledge of the practice. Over time she became more and more invested, and what had once been mostly a physical routine for her started to become more spiritual. She became more interested in the other aspects of a yogic lifestyle, not just the asanas. The yamas and the niyamas were of particular interest to her as she began to apply these social and moral codes to her every day life and not just to my mat practice. Throughout the years, yoga and her became closer and closer, and eventually evolved into the wonderful relationship.

After many years of practice and study she now make her living as a full time yoga instructor, despite continuing to train and first and foremost being a student of yoga.

The Lakewood BlueClaws are a minor league baseball team (Single "A" affiliates of the Philadelphia Phillies) is a great family fun environment and has activities for kids and adults of all ages to be a part of.

For kids we run a promotion where every Sunday and Monday games kids eat free here at First Energy Park. Also at the ballpark we have our playground area, arcade, and inflatable attractions along with various other activities all around the stadium for kids to enjoy.

For adults, we can provide them with great baseball entertainment at a reasonable price all year long. We have dollar beers on our Thirsty Thursday's located in our center field WRAT Trap area. Also every Friday adults as well as children can stick around the stadium after the game for our Fireworks show.

We provide specials for our senior citizen fans as well. Every Tuesday is our Senior Tuesday which fans 60 and older receive free food vouchers for the game, play along during our Baseball Bingo, and receive special recognition on our video board.

Do you have a child in 3rd grade and up? Does your child like being outdoors, and being involved in new and exciting activities? Camp COLEY is the place to be!!

Camp COLEY is a co-ed resident camp that is a week long, held at the beautiful Mount Allamuchy Scout Reservation in Stanhope, NJ.

At Camp COLEY, we take part in traditional camp activities such as: hiking, swimming, arts & crafts, archery and riflery, field sports, boating, and nighttime campfires and activities, just to name a few. Campers will have the opportunity to experience adventures and take on new challenges that help them feel good about themselves.

Our camping program is run solely by volunteers. The success of our camping program is because we have volunteers who dedicate their time to providing an experience of a lifetime for our youth. Our core staff of volunteers, work year round in setting up our camping program. Logistics with the Boy Scout staff are handled, camp applications are designed and mailed out, program planning takes place, C.I.T application process and training take place, and money is fundraised to help with the costs of the program.

Our week long resident camp, is run by adult volunteers with leadership skills who take responsibility for a group of campers for the week. These volunteers are the key to our success. They provide our campers with a wonderful camping experience while camping in a safe and enjoyable environment.

We have three different groups of people who attend our group, campers, CITs, and leaders. Campers are boys and girls from third grade through going into ninth grade. We also have a group for high schoolers who are campers. CITs are boys and girls who have completed their first year of high school. They are assigned a group to walk around with during the day. During the day they help the leaders with the campers. CITs also help set up, run, and clean up the night time programs. Leaders are men and women who have been out of high school for at least one year. Leaders are assigned a site to be in charge of through out the week. Part of their responsibility as a leader is to help train our CITs for when they become leaders.

We are specialists in Cape May for Kayak rentals and wildlife tours.
Here you can rent single or double kayaks and paddle on tranquil Cape Island Creek which runs behind the city of Cape May. This area of the coastal salt marsh is home to nesting Osprey, egrets, herons, migrating and local shorebirds, and diamondback terrapins. This area is known for its salt marshes and tidal wetlands along the Intra-coastal waterway and is a critical migration stop for birds.

There is little or no boat traffic in this area so it is a great place to explore this wilderness area.

There is also access to Cape May Harbor for those who want to paddle in more open water.

We also offer a variety of guided birding, and wildlife safari tours on board the Osprey. This vessel can accommodate groups and has open and enclosed viewing decks with sliding glass panoramic windows, and rest rooms.

We run daily 2 hour tours at 10 AM for those who would like a guide and naturalist to accompany them. We also offer Sunset tours on Thursday evenings and full moon tours during the full moon each month. Group rates are available.

The summer kids football programs are run by Pro Sports Experience, LLC Youth Sports Camp Management Services with over 28 Camp Locations in the United states for Kids Ages 6-14.

They provide kids with an opportunity to live a dream-come-true experience as they play for the New York Giants.

This non-contact Football Skills program has a staff of Professional coaches and team heroes that reinforce the values of respect, team work and sportsmanship.

Their summer camps comprehensively teach all the fundamentals of football, athletic, and life skills --- while still having fun! Using age appropriate techniques, their station-based training is geared to both the older, more advanced players and the younger kids with little or no experience.
