Run by Bruce Axelson, the place is located near a fishing channel with moored boats. The interior will not rate a lot of stars for excellence. Here you will find worn tiles and dated wooden floor boards that had been the scene over the years for fisherman. The bar seats about 24 and extends though out the room with the small dining area for seating for another 15 located behind the bar. Adorning the walls are a few photos of prize winning catches, scallop shells, nautical bric a bracs, and some sports photos.
Chef Axelson can be found standing over a small four burner stove savoring his hot spicy chili and signature scallops and other favorites the restaurant has come to be known for. The bartenders are especially friendly and welcoming and on occasion can be heard dishing out some salty language.
The limited menu of around eight inexpensive items can be found on a board mounted on the wall.
