Jays Crab Shack has the best Crab Cake in all of New Jersey. There Jumbo Lump Maryland Crab Cake is the best I have ever had. Their whole menu is reasonably priced with seafood being their specialty. A family of four can easily have a great meal for less than $75. The owner is Jay who is always there with a smile and a story.
