This creative chain restaurant is a good choice for people looking for healthy, eclectic food. Their luncheon gourmet salads, sandwiches, and dinner selections offer well prepared food, with fresh ingredients and seasoning in unusual combinations. Their fresh brewed coffee and vegetarian dishes also receive good marks. The dining rooms have a decorative theme of moon and stars and a gourmet coffee shop that also offers takeout. Their sandwiches are made with fresh baked focacia bread, bruschetta, and panini, and are filled with fresh herbs and other colorful healthy ingredients. Their specialty's include the Moon Garden BLT, Grilled Moonbird focacia, Moon tuna, and Moon beef sandwiches. The portions are generous, and the presentations are aesthetically pleasing. They have a fair selection of entrees for dinner and a good selection of desserts. Save room for the Vanilla Moon Rock coffee drink or a fresh dessert. |
